我国高等教育处在快速快速发展时期,但是发展中暴露出了一系列的问题,其中之一就是高等学校的教学发展缓慢,教学与科学研究发展失衡。教学作为高教育的重要环节是其人才培养的主要途径,教学发展缓慢严重影响人才培养效率。本文立足高校目前的发展情况,分析目前高等教育中教学面临的困境,并提出相应的改革措施。

Higher education in our country is in the period of rapid development, but some problems have been exposed in the course of development. One of them is the slow development of teaching and the imbalance between teaching and scientific research. As an important part of higher education, teaching is the main way to train talents, and the development of teaching is slow, which seriously affects the efficiency of talent training. Based on the current development of colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the plight of teaching in higher education, and puts forward the corresponding reform measures.
