教研室作为高职院校教学管理和教学研究组织的最基层单位,是教师学习、交流和成长的平台,应该完善教研室制度建设、制订建设规划、明确发展目标,为教师搭建学习交流平台,形成良好教研室文化氛围,促进教师个人与教学团队共同发展,提高人才培养质量。

As the basic unit of teaching management and research of higher vocational college, teaching and research department is the platform in which teachers learn from and communicate with each other, and grow up. It is important to improve its institutional system, make plans and development goals in order to build a platform for teachers to communicate, create good cultural atmosphere, and promote development of teaches and teaching teams as well as the training quality.
