本文以大学生党员服务于国家精准扶贫为视角,以甘肃礼县为调研和帮扶对象,探讨如何有效发挥其作用的长效机制。认为大学生党员参与国家精准扶贫具有重要的战略意义,其能发挥重要的先锋模范作用,可以有效推进扶贫政策落地,实现科技扶贫项目的合理孵化。本文从项目基地构建、人才引进和培育、政策支持体系等方面完善了大学生党员参与国家精准扶贫战略管理机制,希望通过此不断推进国家精准扶贫战略,实现高校大学生党员真正的社会价值。
