运动员是一个特殊的群体,他们身体素质好,精力旺盛,活泼好动,反应迅速,而且心境变化较为明显,这些都决定了运动员思想政治教工作的困难性和复杂性。对运动员进行有效的思想政治教育,不仅可以增强思想素质,而且有利于提升训练质量,促进运动成绩的取得,因此探索优秀运动队思想政治教育是十分必要的。本文从思想政治教育与管理的理论认识出发,分析优秀运动员政治思想教育现状、特点以及运动员思想发展变化的特征,提出了针对性的措施。

The athlete is a special group, their physical fitness is good, energetic, lively, responsive, and mood changes are relatively obvious, which determines the difficulty and complexity of the ideological and political education of athletes. Effective ideological and political education of athletes, not only can enhance the ideological quality, but also helps to improve the quality of training, to promote sports performance, so the exploration of Ideological and political education of excellent sports team is very necessary. Starting from the theoretical understanding of Ideological and political education and management, this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the ideological and political education of elite athletes and the characteristics of their ideological development, and puts forward some pertinent measures.
