摘要
酒店人力资源管理是一门实践性和应用性很强的学科,翻转课堂和MOOC的引入可以大大弥补该课程在传统授课过程中产生的弊端。本文在对学生访谈总结出该课程存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了基于MOOC的翻转课堂教学模式,并在班级进行了实践。通过定性分析表明,该模式适用于酒店人力资源管理教学,学生对这种教学模式也高度认可,二者结合能提高学生的自主学习能力。
hotel human resource management is a practical and applied subject. The introduction of flipped classroom and MOOC can greatly compensate for the disadvantages of the course in the traditional teaching process. On the basis of summarizing the main problems existing in the course of the students' interview, this paper puts forward the flipped classroom teaching model based on MOOC, and carries out the practice in the class. The qualitative analysis shows that the model is suitable for the teaching of hotel human resource management, and the students are highly recognized by the teaching model. The combination of the two can improve the students' autonomous learning ability.
