现阶段,高职生的就业和创业一直是社会各界深度关注的课题,在此类背景下,许多高职院校都开始竭尽全力开创出全新且实效性较高的人才培养模式,希望借此提升高职生群体的综合素质和社会实践技能。笔者的任务,便是在分析当前我国高职生群体就业和创业困难问题产生原委的前提下,结合丰富的实践经验,探讨日后提升他们就业创业能力的有效措施,希望能够为今后高职生更加理想化的就业和人生前景奠定基础。
