职业生涯规划对中高职学生探索自我、探索职场有着非常重要的意义,笔者通过对上海健康医学院附属卫生学校护理专业学生的职业生涯规划现状进行调研,并在此基础上对调研结果进行分析,进而提出实施对策。

Career planning for higher vocational students to explore in the self, to explore career has very important significance. The author? through to Shanghai University Of Medicine & Health Sciences attached health school nursing students' career planning, obtains current situation of research,based on the analysis of research results, and then puts forward some countermeasures.
