平安校园建设是深化平安中国"民族梦"的重要组成部分,而高校作为向社会源源不断输送高层次人才的基地、推动科技进步、知识创新和社会服务的生力军以及传承民族优秀文化和孕育时代先进文化的摇篮,其平安校园的建设在平安中国建设中具有特殊而重要的地位和作用。为全面贯彻落实党中央、国务院维护安全稳定的工作精神和北京市委、市政府深入开展"平安北京"建设的总体部署,推动首都高校安全稳定工作科学发展,我校在市委教育工委、市教委等部门的联合指导下,深入开展"平安校园"建设活动,努力营造和谐平安的校园环境,为首都安全稳定和平安中国的建设作出应有的贡献。
