摘要
医学生评教师教学是对医学生基本权益的保护,有利于医学院校师生教学相长,从而有利于提升医学教学质量。在当前,医学生尚缺乏足够的评教能力,在具体操作环节存在着评教指标模糊、评教程序随意、评教方法单一等问题,在评教结果的应用上过于功利化。鉴于此,医学院校应从多角度重新审视学生评教工作的组织和开展,健全对医学生参与评教具体操作层面的管理,并科学对待医学生评教结果。
The teaching of medical students is the protection of the basic rights and interests of medical students, which is conducive to the teaching and learning of teachers and students in medical colleges and universities, which is conducive to improving the quality of medical teaching. At present, the medical students still lack sufficient ability to teach, in the specific operation of the existence of indicators of fuzzy evaluation, evaluation of teaching procedures, evaluation of teaching methods and other issues, in the evaluation of the results of the application is too utilitarian. In view of this, medical colleges and universities should re-examine the organization and conduct of students' assessment work from multiple perspectives, improve the management of medical students to participate in the specific operation level of medical education, and scientifically treat medical students to evaluate the results.
