医学院校学生评教存在的问题及对策研究

医学生评教师教学是对医学生基本权益的保护,有利于医学院校师生教学相长,从而有利于提升医学教学质量。在当前,医学生尚缺乏足够的评教能力,在具体操作环节存在着评教指标模糊、评教程序随意、评教方法单一等问题,在评教结果的应用上过于功利化。鉴于此,医学院校应从多角度重新审视学生评教工作的组织和开展,健全对医学生参与评教具体操作层面的管理,并科学对待医学生评教结果。
