在国家经济转型发展、新型城镇化建设、"大众创业,万众创新"背景下,地方综合性大学探索以服务地方需求为导向,创新卓越农林人才培养模式是一个重要课题。本文以吉首大学为例,探讨主动服务地方战略需求,以校地合作培养为主要手段,创新卓越园林复合应用型人才培养模式,培养高素质"四得"人才,更好地为地方经济建设服务。
