基层团组织活力不足在各级团组织中已成为一个较为普遍的现象,在专科层次的地方院校中表现尤为明显,如何探索出一条有效的提升基层团组织活力的路径,是一个具有现实意义的问题。本文以陇南师范高等专科学校为例,通过共青团第二课堂成绩单制度开展实施情况和取得的实际效果,经过总结,提出了一个具体可操作的方式,以供为其他各级团组织参考。

The lack of vitality of the grass-roots Communist Youth League organizations has become a common phenomenon among the organizations at all levels,It is particularly evident in local colleges, it is practical significance to solve this problem.Through the second class transcripts system of the Communist Youth League, the implementation and the actual effect were achieved in Longnan Teachers' College.This paper summarized the achievements and hoped to provide reference for other colleges.
