摘要
目的:研究PBL与TBL教学法在针灸临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将针灸科病房实习学生随机分为PBL组、TBL组与LBL组,三组分别采用PBL、TBL和LBL教学法,通过比较组间理论考试成绩来评价教学效果。结果:PBL组和TBL组理论考试总分分别与LBL组相比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01),而前两组之间比较差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:PBL和TBL教学法均能在临床教学中调动学生学习积极性,达到较理想的教学效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of PBL and TBL in the acupuncture clinical teaching. Methods Divided the students into groups PBL, TBL and LBL randomly. The three groups were used the PBL, TBL and LBL teaching method respectively. Effect evaluation based on the comparison of theoretical examination. Results The theory exam scores of PBL and TBL group compared to LBL group respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01), and the difference between PBL and TBL group was not obvious(P > 0.05). Conclusion The PBL and TBL teaching method can mobilize the students' enthusiasm in clinical teaching, and achieve the ideal teaching effect.
