摘要
目的:探讨Mini-CEX在胃肠外科医学生临床教学中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年7月至2017年7月南通大学附属医院胃肠外科进行实习的临床医学5年制本科医学生96名,由两名接受过培训的老师进行4周的带教,并先后利用Mini-CEX评估系统进行2次或4次测评,评价Mini-CEX评估系统在胃肠外科医学生临床实习教学中的价值。结论:Mini-CEX作为一种新型的考评手段,简便易行、成效显著,值得在医学生临床教学实践中广泛推广。
Objective to investigate the Mini-CEX application value in gastrointestinal surgery medical students clinical teaching methods Selected July 2016 to July 2017 of affiliated hospital of Nantong University internship in gastrointestinal surgery department's five-year undergraduate medical students,a total of 96,by two professional trained during the period of teacher training for 4 weeks,and use the mini-CEX successively two or four assessment evaluation system,evaluation of the mini-CEX the value evaluation system in teaching medical students training.Conclusions Mini-CEX evaluation system in clinical teaching is simple and feasible,it is valuable for medical students to master clinical knowledge and to use.
