Software, Micro-class Makes Assembly Drawing "Live up"

装配图主要表达机器或部件的整体结构,工作原理,零件之间的装配关系,用以指导机器或部件的装配、检验、调试和安装时所需的尺寸和技术要求。因此,装配图是机械设计、制造、使用、维修以及进行技术交流的重要技术文件。而我们在传统的教学中,只是通过挂图来讲解相关知识,很多空间感差的学生学起来就非常吃力,为了帮助学生克服这些困难,我们利用Autodesk Inventor、会声会影软件与机械制图进行了有机整合。这种教学方法,在培养学生空间想象力、思维能力方面收到了很好的教学效果。

Assembly drawings mainly express the overall structure of the machine or component, working principle, the relationship between the assembly parts, to guide the machine or component assembly, inspection, commissioning and installation of the required size and technical requirements. Therefore, the assembly drawing is the mechanical design, manufacture, use,maintenance and technical exchange of important technical documents. And in traditional teaching, we only use the flip chart to explain the relevant knowledge. Many students with poor sense of space are very hard to learn. To help students overcome these difficulties, we use Autodesk Inventor, Ulead Video Studio and mechanical drawing Organic integration. This teaching method has received good teaching results in cultivating students' space imagination and thinking ability.
