摘要
个体的职业路径发展不仅个人息息相关,同时也是企业发展的重要组成部分。职业路径(Career Path)是企业帮助员工了解自我发展,为员工设计的自我认知、成长和晋升的管理方案,同时使企业更好地掌握员工的职业需要。目前国内外对品牌酒店及民营酒店员工职业路径的研究更多集中在酒店总经理的职业路径分析,却忽视了酒店中的中坚力量——中层管理人员。通过提供了海南地区高星级酒店中层管理者的职业成长路线,通过职业分析,总结其职业路径发展情况、职业进阶过程中职业教育的实施意义,职业的流动性过程中的特点。
Individual career path development is not only closely related to individuals, but also an important part of enterprise development. Career path(Career Path) is a management program that helps employees understand self development, design self perception, growth and promotion for employees, and enable enterprises to better grasp the professional needs of employees. At present, the domestic and international research on the professional path of the brand hotel and private hotel staff focus more on the hotel general manager's career path analysis, but ignore the backbone of the hotel--middle-level managers. By providing occupation growth route of high star hotel management in Hainan area, through the analysis of the significance of implementing the occupation, occupation education occupation, summarize the development path of advanced occupation in the process of liquidity in the process of occupation.
