新形势下地方高校研究生生源质量与对策研究——以浙江工业大学环境学院为例

Research on the Quality and Countermeasures of Graduate Students in Local Universities under the New Situation——Take College of Environment,Zhejiang University of Technology as an example

本文在介绍浙江工业大学环境学院近几年研究生招生情况,以及在招生方面采取的举措的基础上,分析了影响地方高校研究生生源的原因,如高校自身的综合实力、专业的就业情况、高校所处的地理位置、高校的招生宣传力度、高校的管理服务水平等;探讨了提高生源质量的对策和建议,如加强学位点内涵建设,加强师资队伍建设,加强招生宣传等。作为浙江省的一所有代表性的地方工科院校,相信环境学院的招生案例应该对其它地方性院校有可借鉴之处。

This paper introduces the enrollment situation of graduate students of College of Environment,Zhejiang University of Technology in recent years,and on the measures taken in enrollment,analyzes the reasons that affect the graduate students of local universities,such as the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities,professional employment,colleges and universities.The geographical location,the promotion of colleges and universities,the level of management services of colleges and universities,etc.;the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the sound volume of students are discussed,such as strengthening the connotation construction of degree points,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and strengthening the publicity of admissions.As a representative local engineering college in Zhejiang Province,it is believed that the enrollment case of the College of Environment should be useful for other local colleges.
