摘要 该文分析了中日两国高职教育在服务意识培养上的差异,针对我国不足提出相应的建议。两国在职业教育实行程度、服务意识培养中的关注点、师资背景与对待不足的态度上显示差异。对此,我国高职教育中应增加服务引导类课程,重视教师言传身教的作用,积极引进行业专家型教师。 This paper analyses the differences of service awareness between Chinese and Japanese higher vocational education,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the shortcomings of our country.There are differences in the degree of implementation of Vocational education,the focus of service awareness training,the background of teachers and the attitude towards inadequate treatment between the two countries.In view of this,service-oriented courses should be added to higher vocational education in China,and the role of teacher's words and deeds should be emphasized,and professional teachers should be actively introduced.
