新工科背景下的人才培养模式——以成都大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前新工科教育环境下存在的人才培养模式不完善,人才培养体系不规范、专业结构有待升级调整的问题,教育部先后形成了"天大行动"、"复旦共识"、"北京指南"这新工科建设的"三部曲",本文以成都大学为例进行探索和实践,构建科学合理的新工科专业结构,不断完善人才培养体系,优化人才培养模式,最终提出一种适用于新工科背景下的人才培养模式。 In view of the problems existing in the current new subject education environment,such as imperfect personnel training mode,irregular personnel training system and professional structure to be upgraded and adjusted,the Ministry of Education has successively formed the"trilogy"of"Tianda Action","Fudan Consensus"and"Beijing Guide".This paper takes Chengdu University as an example to explore and practice and construct a scientific and rational new subject.The structure of discipline and specialty,the continuous improvement of personnel training system,optimization of personnel training mode,and finally put forward a suitable personnel training mode under the background of new subjects.
