摘要
"食品添加剂"是食品质量与安全专业本科生的专业选修课,食品添加剂与食品工艺学、食品安全学、食品原料学等专业课密切相关。为强化以"学生为中心"的课程教学理念,提升"食品添加剂"课程的综合授课质量,进一步激发相关专业本科生的学习热情,本文在对"食品添加剂"专业课建设背景与教学安排介绍的基础上,通过制订教学改革工作计划,明确工作思路、任务和要求;采取"对分课堂"与"翻转课堂"等教学形式,丰富课堂授课方式;加强教学经验交流与师资培养,塑造专业素质过硬的好老师;完善课程网络课堂教学资源,适时引入课程思政教学等形式,逐步夯实课程教学体系,提升学生的专业综合能力。
"Food Additives"is a professional elective course for undergraduates majoring in food quality and safety.Food additives are closely related to professional courses such as food technology,food safety,and food materials.In order to strengthen the"student-centered"curriculum teaching concept,improve the comprehensive teaching quality of the"Food Additives"course,and further stimulate the learning enthusiasm of relevant undergraduates,this article is based on the introduction of the"Food Additives"professional course construction background and teaching arrangements.In the above,through the formulation of the teaching reform work plan,clear work ideas,tasks and requirements;take the"division of classroom"and"flipping classroom"and other forms of teaching,enrich the classroom teaching methods;strengthen the exchange of teaching experience and teacher training,to create professional quality good teacher;improve the curriculum network classroom teaching resources,timely introduce the curriculum ideological and political teaching and other forms,gradually consolidate the curriculum teaching system and enhance students'professional comprehensive ability.
