摘要
双创教育关系着国家的战略目标能否顺利实现。为了让在校大学生投身创新与创业,高校开设了各种不同课程促进大学生的双创能力。在校大学生双创能力水平与教师引导能力密切相关,提升高校教师的双创引导能力日趋重要。面对高校多样性文化环境和注重实践的创新教育需求,高校教师需要具有多文化包容性及正向引导能力、创新实践引导能力和良好的教师榜样,并给出了如何提高教师包容性、夯实创新实践教学和树立教师良好榜样的途径。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is related to the success of a country's strategic goals.In order to help college students to engage in innovation and entrepreneurship,colleges and universities have set up a variety of different courses to promote college students'creative ability.The level of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students is closely related to the guidance ability of teachers.It is increasingly important to enhance the guidance ability of College teachers.Facing the diversified cultural environment and the demand of innovative education which pays attention to practice in Colleges and universities,college teachers need to have multi-cultural inclusiveness and positive guidance ability,innovative practice guidance ability and good teachers'example,and give the ways to improve teachers'inclusiveness,tamp innovative practice teaching and set good teachers'example.
