摘要
我国土壤污染问题严重,国家正在不断推出土壤污染的治理政策,但现存的法规政策在污染土地修复制度、监管等方面存在不足,造成政策实施有局限性。土壤污染是一项世界性的难题,需要构建适合本国土壤污染状况的法律体系,不少国家和地区都已经推出了符合本国国情的法律法规,而这也给中国土壤污染防治法律体系的形成带来很多启示。
Soil pollution in China is becoming a serious problem.Although the government is pushing forward the policy of soil pollution,there are still a lot of legal blank,leading to many limitations of the policy implementation.Soil pollution is a worldwide problem,and many countries and regions have published their own soil pollution prevention and control legal system with characteristics,and this has brought a lot of inspiration to the establishment of China's soil pollution prevention legal system.
