Initial Analysis on the Talent Demand in Life and Health Industry

我国正在实施的"一带一路"、十三五规划和《健康中国2030规划纲要》均高度重视生命健康行业发展,可预见由此产生大量的就业机会和人才缺口。通过对生命健康行业人才需求进行调研、分析总结,了解行业对从业人员能力素质的需求,反馈人才培养目标实现情况,以此调整人才培养思路。

The belt and road initiative,the 13th Five-Year Plan,and Healthy China 2030 program implemented by our country put a high value on the development of life and health industry.Obviously,it creates lots of jobs and there is also a serious talent gap.Through the analysis and summary of those survey results on the talent demand in life and health industry,the standards and the demands of the industry is understood.New ideas for reflection on established training program is provided.
