高校辅导员教育管理服务工作探析——做一个有温度、有态度的辅导员

An Analysis of the Education and Management Services of College Counselor——Be a temperature and attitude counselor

辅导员是学生的引导者、组织者和管理者,担负着学生的"保姆""保安""保洁""保育"等多重角色的工作。笔者从事辅导员工作有两年时间,虽然学生口日常工作是一项琐碎、细致又十分重要的工作,但学生工作无外乎是从教育、管理、服务三个方面着手,因此探析从教育、管理和服务三个方面,以宽严相济的方式来探讨如何做一个"有温度有态度的辅导员"。

The counselor is a student's leader,organizer,and manager who is responsible for multiple roles such as"nanny","security","cleaning",and"conservation".The author has worked as a counselor for two years.Although the daily work of the student's mouth is a trivial,meticulous and very important work,the work of the student is nothing but education,management,and service.Therefore,the analysis is from education,three aspects of management and service are used to discuss how to be a"counselor who has a warm attitude".
