摘要
本研究通过对铜仁市山村幼儿教师基本情况、工作环境、职业声望和社会地位、工作状况及工资待遇等几方面进行问卷调查和访谈,研究分析了山村幼儿园教师的基本生存状态,并提出了改善山村幼儿园教师生存状态的建议。
This study conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews on the basic situation,working environment,professional prestige and social status,working status and salary of kindergarten teachers in Tongren City,and analyzed the basic living conditions of the teachers in mountain village kindergarten and proposed improvements suggestions for the survival status of mountain village kindergarten teachers.
