本文以失能老人,主要是以尿失禁长者项目的服务对象,针对失禁长者服务的优势、劣势、机会与威胁四个维度的基础之上,分析失能老人服务的城镇失禁长者服务模式的优缺点,并挖掘该失禁长者服务在资金筹集、人员培养、机构管理等方面存在的问题,最后针对其不足之处提出的相应的建议。

This paper analyzes the services of urban incontinence elders who are disabled for the elderly,based on the four dimensions of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the services of incontinent elders.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the model,and the problems in the fundraising,personnel training,and organization management of the incontinence elders service,and the corresponding suggestions for the shortcomings.
