供给侧结构性改革背景下高职专业动态调整机制研究

Research on Dynamic Adjustment Mechanism of Higher Vocational Education in the Context of Supply Side Structural Reform

高职院校的一个重要功能是服务区域经济社会发展。当区域经济结构进行调整、产业进行升级的时候,职业院校的专业布局也要进行相应的调整。但是,当前很多高职院校存在随意设置专业、缺乏特色专业、缺乏教育资源、同质化严重等问题,导致院校专业特色不明显,发展受阻,学生一毕业就失业,引发了结构性失业现象。供给侧结构性改革背景下迫切要求高职形成稳定的专业动态调整机制,只有这样,高职教育才能够持续健康的发展,才能够匹配经济社会发展。

An important function of higher vocational colleges is to serve the development of regional economy and society.When the regional economic structure is adjusted and the industry is upgraded,the professional layout of vocational colleges should be adjusted accordingly.However,there are many problems in Higher Vocational colleges,such as setting up specialties at will,lacking characteristic specialties,lacking educational resources and serious homogeneity,which lead to the lack of obvious specialty characteristics,hindered development,unemployment of students as soon as they graduate and led to structural unemployment.Under the background of supply-side structural reform,it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to form a stable professional dynamic adjustment mechanism.Only in this way can higher vocational education develop continuously and healthily,and match the economic and social development.
