某医科大学健康人文教育现状与实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:深入推进健康人文走入临床,推动新的医学模式发展,使得健康人文与临床实践相结合。方法:采用调查问卷的方法对某医科大学学生对于健康人文了解程度进行问卷调查与分析。结果:89%的同学认为人文教育是作为一名医学生的基本要求,10%的同学对健康人文接触较多,74%的同学认为医学人文健康教育尚存在的不足是由于学生和医生对健康人文的重视程度不足而导致。部分研究结果显示更多的与患者沟通有利于健康人文更好的走进临床。结论:推进健康人文走入临床具有重要意义,需要更多的教学课程融入教学中,因此提升医学生对健康人文认识程度。 Objective:To further promote the development of healthy humanities into the clinic,promote the development of new medical models,and combine healthy humanities with clinical practice.Methods:Questionnaire survey and analysis were conducted on the degree of understanding of healthy and humanities among students of a medical university.Results:89%of the students thought that humanities education was the basic requirement of a medical student.10%of the students had more contact with healthy people.74%of the students believed that the medical humanities health education still had the shortcomings due to the health and humanities of students and doctors caused by insufficient attention.Some of the research results show that more communication with patients is beneficial to healthy humanities and better into the clinic.Conclusion:It is of great significance to promote healthy humanities into the clinic,and more teaching courses need to be integrated into the teaching,thus enhancing the medical students’understanding of healthy humanities.
