摘要
近年来,高校教师学术道德失范现象层出不穷,极大损害了高校教师的良好形象。其背后的原因是多元化的,既有教师自身的原因也有外界环境及体制原因等。本文分析了高校教师学术道德失范现象背后的原因,提出从树立高校教师正确的学术价值观、加大惩罚力度、加强社会媒体及同业监督及改革学术评价体系这四个方面来杜绝高校教师学术不端行为。
Recently,academic scandals of university faculties keep emerging deeply damaged the good image of teachers.There are multiple reasons behind this phenomenon,such as teachers,society and education system,etc.This article discusses reasons behind academic misconduct of university faculties and gives up several governance strategies aiming to eliminating academic misconduct.Firstly,the correct academic values of university faculties should be set up.Secondly,the penalties of academic misconduct should be increased.Thirdly,the supervision of social media and peers should be strengthened.Lastly,the academic evaluation system should be reformed.
