建构主义视域下:干部培训发挥学员主体性作用策略研究

摘要 建构主义理论强调干部培训必须发挥学员主体性作用,才能达到较好的培训效果。发挥学员主体性作用是对教育规律的遵循,是提升教学效果的基础,是帮助师生成长的法宝。但目前学员参与教学的积极性不高,教师对课堂把控能力不足以及主业主课自身特点都限制了学员主体性作用的发挥。干部培训主管部门及施教机构需要从转变思想观念,提升教师水平,升级硬件条件,划分培训阶段几个方面帮助学员全方位参与教学,促进学员主体性作用切实发挥。 The constructivist theory emphasizes that cadre training must play the subjective role of the trainees in order to achieve better training results.Giving full play to the subjective role of the students is the follow-up of the law of education,the basis for improving the teaching effect,and the magic weapon to help the teacher to generate long.However,the current enthusiasm of students to participate in teaching is not high,teachers’lack of control ability in the classroom and the characteristics of the main owner’s class limit the play of the subjective role of the students.The cadre training department and the teaching institution need to change the ideological concept,upgrade the level of teachers,upgrade the hardware conditions,and divide the training stage to help the participants participate in the teaching in an all-round way,and promote the practical role of the students.
