摘要
由于不同研究者对大学生心理健康标准的统一认识和把握不同,所用测量工具也不同,以及经验的差异,大学生心理健康标准迄今仍是个颇具争议的问题。在当代积极心理学的心理健康观的视阈下,提出大学生心理健康的积极评价标准:积极的自我认知;积极的情绪情感;积极的意志行为;积极的人际关系;积极的生活态度;积极的学习能力。以期为高校心理健康教育工作提供新的方向和途径。
The mental health standards of college students are still a controversial issue,because different researchers have different understanding and grasp of College Students’mental health standards,and their measuring tools are different,as well as the differences of their experience.In the view of the mental health view of contemporary positive psychology,the positive evaluation of mental health standards of college students are put forward:positive self-cognition,positive emotion;positive act of will;positive interpersonal relationship;positive attitude to life;positive learning ability.This is expected to provide a new direction and way for mental health education in colleges and universities.
