地方应用型本科院校“双创”教育与服务研究——以铜仁学院为例

Research on "Double Creation" Education and Service in Local Applied Undergraduate Colleges——Take Tongren University as an example

2015年5月,国务院办公厅颁发《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》,高校创新创业教育开始深化改革。2015年10月,教育部、国家发改委和财政部发布《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》(以下简称《指导意见》),地方普通高校向地方应用型本科高校转型揭开序幕。在诸多方针政策背景下,'双创'教育已然成为地方应用型本科院校开展的重要内容。如何提升'双创'教育质量,完善'双创'教育内涵,深化'双创'教育服务成为了亟需解决的问题。

In May 2015,the General Office of the State Council issued the'Opinions on the Implementation of Deepening Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform in Colleges and Universities',and the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities began to deepen the reform.In October 2015,the Ministry of Education,the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance issued the Guiding Opinions on Guiding Some Local Regular Undergraduate Universities to Transform into Applied Universities(hereinafter referred to as'Guiding Opinions'),which opened the prelude to the transformation of local ordinary universities to local applied undergraduate universities.Under the background of many principles and policies,'double-creation'education has become an important part of local applied undergraduate colleges and universities.How to improve the quality of'double-creation'education,improve the connotation of'double-creation'education and deepen the'double-creation'education service has become an urgent problem to be solved.
