摘要
为了有效应对目前我国人才供给与社会需求之间存在结构性矛盾,地方本科院校积极实施供给侧改革,以提高人才培养质量。本文基于项目教学法,提出了人力资源管理专业课程体系的优化过程、实施要点,以及相应的保障措施,从而提高教学质量和教学效果,培养学生的综合能力和专业素养,实现应用型人才培养目标,以满足经济社会发展的需要。
In order to effectively cope with the current structural contradiction between talent supply and social demand in China,local universities actively implement supply-side reforms to improve the quality of personnel training.Based on the project teaching method,this paper puts forward the optimization process,implementation points and corresponding safeguard measures of the human resources management professional curriculum system,so as to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect,cultivate students’comprehensive ability and professional quality,and achieve the application talent training goal,then meet the needs of economic and social development.
