新入职幼儿教师培训及其实施路径

摘要 每年有数以万计的新入职教师进入到幼儿教育行业,他们面临着许多新的困难和挑战。结合幼儿园教育发展的要求,以及幼儿园教师专业发展的需要,对新入职幼儿教师进行职业道德规范、一日常规等基本技能和专业反思能力三方面的培训,并围绕这三方面培训内容探讨相应的培训方式和途径。提升幼儿园新入职教师的综合素质和科学保教能力,使幼儿教师培训更加趋于完善和利于落实。 Every year tens of thousands of new teachers enter the early childhood education industry.They are facing many new difficulties and challenges.According to the requirements of kindergarten education development and kindergarten teachers’professional development,the newly recruited kindergarten teachers are trained in three aspects:professional ethics,daily routine,basic skills and professional reflective ability,and the corresponding training methods and ways are explored around these three aspects.Enhance the comprehensive quality and scientific teaching ability of newly recruited kindergarten teachers,so that kindergarten teacher training tends to be more perfect and beneficial to implementation.
