随着我国经济的发展,很多大学毕业的学生面临着就业压力,就业岗位与毕业生的比例严重不协调,政府、社会企业以及高校都在积极的鼓励大学生自主创业,带动社会的就业,社会主义核心价值观对大学生就业、创业方面有很大的影响,为高校的大学生'双创'教育提供指导,使得大学生树立正确的就业观、创业观,促使大学生实现快速就业、创业,本文主要分析社会主义核心价值观引领大学生就业创业的重要意义,以及对大学生就业创业教育的作用,阐述了社会主义核心价值观引领大学生就业创业教育探究,旨在帮助大学生建立正确的创业、就业观。

With the development of China’s economy,many college graduates are facing employment pressure.The proportion of employment posts and graduates is seriously inconsistent.The government,social enterprises and universities are actively encouraging college students to start their own businesses and promote social employment.Socialist core values have a great impact on college students’employment and entrepreneurship.They are'double-creation'for college students.Education provides guidance to enable college students to establish a correct concept of employment and entrepreneurship,and to promote college students to achieve rapid employment and entrepreneurship.This paper mainly analyses the significance of socialist core values in guiding college students’employment and entrepreneurship,and its role in college students’employment and entrepreneurship education.It expounds the exploration of socialist core values in guiding college students’employment and entrepreneurship education in order to help them.College students should establish a correct concept of entrepreneurship and employment.
