摘要 党的'十八大'以来'供给侧结构性改革'作为一种新的应对策略被提出,强调以供给能力的提升解决经济社会发展中的深层次矛盾,促进经济社会的持续健康发展。面对不同层次、种类繁多的学生需求,高校学生管理工作亦可以经济学概念'供给侧结构性改革'驱动学生管理者内生动力,从发掘'需求侧'和优化'供给侧'两方面审视高校学生管理工作存在的深层次问题。本文针对高校困难生存在的思想政治教育问题进行剖析,进而找到原因,改进方法。提出从供给的主体、内容、形式等三大方面提升帮扶效果的方法,提高思想政治教育质量,并依托共享大数据,探索育人过程中高校困难生精准帮扶的新路径,实现困难生从他救到自救的转变,并提出具体的操作建议。 Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the structural reform on the supply side has been put forward as a new coping strategy,emphasizing the promotion of supply capacity to solve the deep contradictions in economic and social development and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the economy and society.Faced with different levels and various kinds of students’needs,the management of college students can also drive the endogenous power of student managers by the concept of'supply-side structural reform'in economics,and examine the deep-seated problems in the management of college students from two aspects:exploring the'demand-side'and optimizing the'supply-side'.In this paper,the ideological and political education problems in colleges and universities are analyzed to find out the reasons and improve methods.This paper puts forward three ways to improve the effect of assistance from the main body,content and form of supply,to improve the quality of Ideological and political education,and relying on sharing big data,to explore a new way of precise assistance for college students with difficulties in the process of educating,to realize the transformation from rescue to rescue,and to put forward specific operational suggestions.
