护理实训室是护生提高实践技能的的训练基地,更是提高其评判性思维能力、创新能力及熟练掌握操作护理技能的重要场所。实训室开放是利用实训室现有资源,提高实践教学质量和设备模型的利用率,充分发挥实训室的作用和功能,是正常实践教学的有益补充,为学生提供了更多练习机会。通过让学生参与管理的方式,调动学生的积极性,增强他们的责任感,有效的锻炼了护生的自我管理能力和培养自我管理意识。促进了教师和实训技术人员自身素质和教学水平的提高。

Nursing training room is a training base for nursing students to improve their practical skills,and it is also an important place to improve their critical thinking ability,innovation ability and proficiency in operating nursing skills.Opening the training room is to make use of the existing resources of the training room,improve the quality of practical teaching and the utilization rate of equipment model,give full play to the role and function of the training room,is a useful supplement to normal practice teaching,and provides more practice opportunities for students.Through the way of involving students in management,mobilizing students’enthusiasm,enhancing their sense of responsibility,effectively training the self-management ability of nursing students and cultivating self-management consciousness.It promotes the improvement of teachers and training technicians’quality and teaching level.
