摘要
护理学是一门理论和实践都非常强的专业,该专业的学生也应该具备一定的操作能力。因此,高职院校采用竞赛的方式,来增强护理专业学生的护理技能,基于此,本文首先介绍了护理技能竞赛的特点,接着分析了比赛在护理教育中的作用,最后提出了一些应用的措施。
Nursing is a very strong subject in theory and practice.Students in this major should also have certain operational skills.Therefore,higher vocational colleges use competition to enhance the nursing skills of nursing students.Based on this,this paper first introduces the characteristics of nursing skill competition,then analyzes the role of competition in nursing education,and finally proposes some application measures.
