基于项目科研型的地理专业本科生导师制调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 本科生导师制逐渐成为国内外各高校培养本科生的主要方式之一。本文以新疆师范大学为例,通过对地理专业本科生的成绩变化以及学生对本科生导师制的满意度和导师的诉求等现状问题的调查统计。目前地理专业本科生导师制不仅存在学生主动性差、激励与监督机制不完善、导师职责模糊、指导方式单一的问题,而且在地理专业的理论性和实践性的结合方面重视程度不够。本文依据分层分类的差异化指导方式,针对地理科学专业本科生导师制的特殊性提出合理建议。 The undergraduate tutor system has gradually become one of the main ways to train undergraduate students at home and abroad.This article takes Xinjiang normal University as an example,through the investigation and statistics to the geography undergraduate student’s achievement change,the student to the undergraduate tutor system satisfaction and the tutor’s demand and so on present situation question investigation and statistics.At present,there are not only the problems of poor students’initiative,imperfect mechanism of encouragement and supervision,vague responsibilities of mentors,but also a single way of instruction for undergraduate students in geography.And not enough attention is paid to the combination of theory and practice in geography specialty.According to the differentiated guidance mode of hierarchical classification,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions according to the particularity of the tutor system for undergraduates majoring in geography science.
