Embedded Systems Employment Trends Analysis Based on Expertise Introduction Education Reform

随着嵌入式进入人们的日常生活,针对嵌入式系统的开发人员的需求也日趋旺盛,高校的培养也已经形成了嵌入的教学体系,然而,课程体系的合理性,需要随着行业对人才的需求情况调整,本文就嵌入式行业中开发岗位各个方向需求情况的原始数据进行采样,分析出市场中嵌入式就业人才的需求数据,作为大学尤其三本院校的嵌入式专业课程建设的依据;并将这个数据用于笔者学校的课程建设。

As embedded into people's daily lives, the demand for embedded systems developers are becoming increasingly strong, training colleges and universities have also been formed to embed the teaching system, however, a reasonable course system, the need for qualified personnel with industry demand adjustment, the paper industry in the development of embedded job demand in all directions of the original data is sampled, analyzed the needs of the embedded data in the employment market of talent, especially as the university curriculum building embedded three institutions basis; this data is used for course construction and the author of the school.
