摘要
伴随着高校的不断扩招,毕业生的数量也逐年增加高校毕业生就业难的问题越来越严峻。面对这个现状,高校就业管理工作机制展开了有益的探索。各大高校纷纷建立起高校就业管理工作机制,它的建立有利于提高高校毕业生的就业率,当然,需要与高校内部的办学理念、办学特点、教学长处、管理机制、办学条件紧密相连。
Along with continuous enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of graduates has increased year by year. The difficult problem of employment of college graduates is more and more severe. Faced with this situation, the man-agement mechanism of employment universities launched a useful exploration. Major colleges and universities have estab-lished a mechanism for the management of university employment, it will help improve the employment rate established col-lege graduates, of course, needs to link with internal university educational philosophy, school characteristics, teaching strengths, management mechanism, and school conditions.
