俄罗斯教师教育和继续教育法规研究

Study on Russian Teachers' Education and Continuing Education Laws

政策与法规具有导向作用,俄罗斯在教师教育和继续教育中,注重发挥政策与法规的引领性,相继出台了一系列教育法规制度。本文从俄罗斯教师的培养体系,教师的培养质量,保障教师的地位和权益,教师的责任、义务与考核考试,教师继续教育制度等方面进行研究,以此得出对于我国教师教育的启示。

Policies and regulations play a guiding role, Russia in teacher education and continuing education, pay attention to the policies and regulations of the lead character, has issued a series of educational laws and regulations. This paper studies the teacher training system in Russia, the quality of teacher training, to protect the status and rights of teachers, teachers 'duties, obligations and assessment exams, teachers' continuing education system, etc., in order to draw inspiration for teacher education in China.
