关于高校博士研究生培养的思考——以东北大学博士研究生为例

Reflections on College Doctor Training——Take Northeastern University Ph.D. As an example

博士生培养是国际上公认的最高层次的高等教育,随着国内博士生招生规模的不断扩大以及各项改革的不断深入,博士生教育也显现出一些新的矛盾和问题,从而引起了许多学者以及学校管理部门的广泛关注。本研究运用文献资料与问卷调查等方法,以东北大学博士生为例,从科研、生活、就业和婚恋四个维度进行了调研,并针对上述四个方面的调查结果进行统计分析,进一步提出了加强高校博士研究生综合培养的若干对策。

Doctoral training is internationally recognized as the highest level of higher education, with the continuous expansion of domestic doctoral student enrollment, and the deepening of the reform of doctoral education is also showing some new contradictions and problems, which caused many scholars and school management attention. In this study, the use of literature and questionnaire methods to Northeastern University doctoral student, for example, from research, life, employment and marriage of the four dimensions of the research, and statistical analysis of the survey results of the above four areas, further proposed strengthening comprehensive college doctoral training.
