青年教师培训策略的实践研究——以广西南宁市武鸣县两江镇两江小学为例

摘要 随着课程改革的发展和深入,教师们的专业培训受到了教育部门的高度重视,而小学老师作为我校的教学质量主力军,其综合素质与我校教学质量息息相关。因此,在课程改革教育背景下,建立一支强有力的学习创新型的教师队伍成为我校面临的重大课题。针对我校的教师大都缺乏教学经验,教育观念落后,缺乏专业知识和专业素质的系统培养的原因,对青年教师的培训策略展开了研究,希望能够从中找到规律,为青年教师的发展提供可以借鉴的参考。 With the development and deepening of curriculum reform, professional training teachers receive much attention in the education sector, while primary school teacher as the main force in the quality of teaching in our school, its overall quality and the quality of teaching is closely related to our school. Therefore, in the context of curriculum reform, the establishment of a strong and innovative team of teachers learning to become a major issue facing our school. Most teachers in my school for lack of teaching experience, education concept behind the reason for the lack of expertise and professional quality of the system training, teacher training strategies for young people to start a research, hoping to find the law provides for the development of young teachers can learn from reference.
