中职院校学生心理现状及对策——试从组织行为学角度分析研究

Secondary Vocational Students' Psychological Status quo and Countermeasures——Analysis from the Perspective of Organizational Behavior

中职院校的学生普遍在15至20周岁,活力充沛。但是,近年来学生整体素质明显下降,学生心理易发生变化。笔者将简述中职院校学生的心理现状,并结合组织行为学的观点加以分析,以期探析具有针对性的管理对策。

Students in vocational schools generally in 15-20 years old, energetic. However, the overall quality of students decreased in recent years, students prone to psychological changes. I will be the psychological status quo of students in vocational schools briefly, combined view of organizational behavior to be analyzed in order of targeted management strategies.
