摘要
贫困生在专业学习、专业能力发展上都不同程度存在着较大的困境,心理上容易处于亚健康或不健康状态,职业生涯规划不明确。笔者以贫困生职业效能储备与发展非物质隐性资助为视角,以"丰富贫困生职业信息源","加强贫困生职业优势比较","帮助贫困生组织职业元认知加工","切实提高贫困生个性职业能力培育"等非物质资助为手段,完善贫困生健康人格,改善贫困生的专业能力和就业竞争力,最终实现彻底脱贫。
Poor students in professional learning, there are varying degrees of the larger dilemma on professional development, psychologically easier in a healthy or unhealthy state, career planning is not clear. That the author reserves to poor students in professional effectiveness and development of intangible perspective of hidden subsidy to 'enrich poor students career information sources,' 'strengthen professional advantage relatively poor students', 'to help poor students organize vocational metacognitive processing,' 'effectively improve the ability of poor students personalized career training ' and other non-material support as a means to improve the health of poor students personality, poor students to improve professional competence and employability and competitiveness, and ultimately complete poverty.
