贫困生在专业学习、专业能力发展上都不同程度存在着较大的困境,心理上容易处于亚健康或不健康状态,职业生涯规划不明确。笔者以贫困生职业效能储备与发展非物质隐性资助为视角,以"丰富贫困生职业信息源","加强贫困生职业优势比较","帮助贫困生组织职业元认知加工","切实提高贫困生个性职业能力培育"等非物质资助为手段,完善贫困生健康人格,改善贫困生的专业能力和就业竞争力,最终实现彻底脱贫。
