摘要
中国留学市场近五年以20%以上的速度增长,2013年全国出国留学人数超过40万,创历史新高。然而,为学生留学提供服务的供应商——留学服务机构在消费者心中的认可与信誉度创历史新低。基于此,本文通过对256名出国留学学生及百余家留学服务机构进行了全面调研,分析了中国留学市场及留学服务情况,就留学服务评价标准提出了建设性建议。
Chinese education market in recent years to more than 20% growth rate, in 2013 the number of students going abroad the country more than 400,000, a record high. However, vendors providing services for students studying- study service agencies in recognition and credibility in the minds of consumers record low. Based on this, through the 256 hundred students and study abroad agencies conducted a comprehensive investigation, analysis of the Chinese market and the Overseas Service case study, we study service evaluation criteria put forward constructive suggestions.
