摘要
国土资源部法律评价工程重点实验室作为实践教学平台,其功能良性发挥的前提是实践教学课程的系统设置。以建构主义学习理论为指导,可设置国土资源法规评价实务与国土资源法规适用实务两门独立课程,运用情境引入、问题确定、自主学习、成果展示和评价反馈五个教学模块顺次开展,作为与模拟法庭教学、社会实践基地教学、法律诊所教学相互配合的专门实践教学环节以培养学生的实践能力。
The key laboratory of the evaluation of land and natural resources law is an important practice teaching platform, and the promise of the implementation of the positive function is the systematic settings of the practice teaching course. Guid-ed by the constructivism learning theory, we set up two independent course, and one is land and resources law evaluation practice, the other is land and resources law enforcement practice. The course constructed by five teaching module. The first is introduction situation, the second is problem determination, the third is independent study, the forth is result presentation, and the last is evaluation and feedback. This is a specialized course in the system of practice teaching, in which the moot court, social practice base, and legal clinic usually carries out.
