摘要
美国是较早施行教师资格制度的国家,发展至今已有一套完备的教师资格制度。文章从教师资格考试、教师资格认定和教师资格证书三个具体方面比较分析中美两国的教师资格制度,并提出完善我国教师资格制度的建议。
The United States started to implement the teacher qualification system early, and has established a comprehen-sive set of teacher qualification system. By comparing the examinations of teacher qualification, the process of teacher quali-fication and the teacher certifications of China and the United States, and make a comparative analysis of current teacher qualification system in the two countries, it will promote us to ponder over the current problems in our teacher qualification system and put forward suggestions to perfect it.
