Secondary Vocational Schoo English Teachers' Schoil-based Training in Teachers' Career Development Perspective

本文从时代的特点决定终身学习的必要性和中职中专英语教师专业发展的方式出发,比较三种主要培训方式的优缺点,重点探讨对学校教师群体普及面最大的校本培训方式,通过总结其从理论、技术、实践三方面培训开展,探讨其对教师专业发展的作用,思考其对学生学习的促进作用,对提高教学效果、促进学校教改的意义。

This paper begins with the character of times and idea of life-long learning, bases on the ways of teacher development, and emphercise on the school based training which will benefit the most amount of teachers. It explains the training through the aspects of policy, technology, and practice, explores the related activities and the effectors toward teacher development, leaning of students and reforms of school teaching.
