新课改视野下乡村小学教师素质发展现状及其机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 乡村小学教育是我国基础教育的重点,乡村小学教学质量直接影响着新课改目标的实现。然而,在新课改视野下,乡村小学教师素质由于乡村小学教师对新课改的认识不足等原因,难以顺应新课改的要求,阻碍了新课改在乡村地区的实施。因此,提高乡村小学教师素质,不得不成为新课改视野下的重要议题,本文着重从新课改的角度出发,从建立乡村小学地区教师人才储备与交流机制和教师培训和评价机制两个角度进行研究,推进乡村小学教师素质的发展,加快新课改进程,早日实现新课改目标。 Rural primary education is the focus of basic education, rural primary schools to achieve a direct impact on the qual-ity of teaching the new curriculum goals. However, under the new curriculum perspective, rural primary school teachers because of the quality of rural primary school teachers lack the understanding of the new curriculum and other reasons, difficult to adapt to the new curriculum requirements, hindering the new curriculum implemented in rural areas. Therefore, improving the quality of rural primary school teachers, have become an important issue under the new curriculum perspective, this paper focuses on the perspective of the new curriculum, from the establishment of rural talent pool and exchange mechanisms and teacher training and school district teacher evaluation system two angles research, promote the development of rural primary school teachers' quality, speed up the process of the new curriculum, the early realization of the new curriculum goals.
